We are recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor to be based at our clients corporate head office in London. The Facilities Supervisor will be directly responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager with the smooth running of the operational services as well as assisting with the management of the overall facilities team at the corporate head office.
To assist and deliver a 5 star, hotel standard environment for all clients
To achieve a high level of Customer Service whilst at all times promoting the services provided by the London facilities team
To ensure that ordering goods, services and raising purchase orders are in line with Procurements systems and policies
To ensure the appropriate number of personnel are on duty when required
To ensure that the facilities team are uploading all documents to the online Pyramid site
To assist with the smooth running and operation of the facilities department
Ensuring incoming jobs on the helpdesk are assigned to the Facilities team and monitor works in progress to ensure they are closed in a timely and efficient manner
Proven experience working within a corporate facilities department
Good communication skills electronic, verbally and written
Ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
Ideally have at least 5+years experience with FM
Good demonstrable administration skills
Have a good understanding of M&E
