Fantastic opportunity to work for a global company at an Inernational Head office in Euston. The role is for an Office Coordinator and you will be responsible for the daily operation of the management office. This role will be to provide a first class service to clients, vendors, internal staff and visitors. The Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for client queries, maintain files and financial records and prepare management information relating to the contract.  You will be managing a small team of staff also.

As part of the role you will carry out a range of Facilities responsibilities including managing suppliers, floor walks,  budget and finance, general office management and some reception work.

This is for maternity cover so will be a fixed term contract.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised, proactive and have experience in a similar role. IT skills are important.
