This is a critical role which requires a self-assured ‘people person’ to develop client relationships.
My client is looking for an Operations Manager with extensive experience dealing complex soft services contracts, assisting with the development and delivery of business opportunities and customer service excellence working within a key account focused structure.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer service and operational standards are maintained at all times.
Must have previous experience managing cleaning contracts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Large budget responsibility
Undertake performance management reviews and action any training or development required.
Conduct recruitment interviews to ensure management vacancies are filled with suitable staff.
Staff recruitment, training and development.
Budgeting and full P&L.
Track record of success in operations.
Extensive experience at management level within the contract cleaning industry
Creativity and wide scope for discretion
Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment
Experience at interfacing at all levels throughout an organisation
PC literate – understanding of how to use the technology as a tool
Communication and presentation skills
Good team player
Able to command credibility and be able to influence
Proven management skills
