Regional Maintenance Manager
My client is a leading gaming company who are looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager for the Southern Region
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the sites are maintained to an acceptable standard in line with all current legislation and company policy and to manage all approved capital/revenue/maintenance works within time and budget. To fully support the maintenance needs of our operational business, in line with current business objectives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Building Degree (or equivalent)
Maintenance management and construction/fit out experience and detailed knowledge of building/development/H&S legislation.
Post qualification experience to include either retail, corporate, local authority or consultancy.
Broad range of exposure to client operational issues and financial appraisals.
Cost/financial/budget management skills.
Excellent decision making, communication and organisational/time management skills essential.
Flexibility in terms of working hours and travel.
CAD & manual technical drawing ability.
CAD based portfolio management experience.
Previous leisure maintenance experience.
Extensive travel and overnight stays. There is also a requirement for availability during non-working hours/days for major emergency call outs and/or to provide telephone advice to clubs in emergency situations.
