We are working on exciting opportunity for a Precinct Manager with one of our clients in Qatar. The role is working in the cleaning department of a high demanding world class organisation, that operates 24/7 hours and 365 days. You will be the leader in the delivery of specialized front of house operational solutions. You will have a back ground in either the delivery of Hotel Service Management or large people moving platforms with a particular focus on front of house solutions. You will be an individual who fully understand the delivery of exceptional detailed quality outputs and you will have the ability to balance operational needs. This role is paying 18,000 - 27,000 QAR per month
In this role you will be the key account owner of customer and stakeholder relationships to truly enhance our partnership relationship with our customer.
Design the structure of the department and implement it.
Manage the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements relevant to the contract/department under your control and provide progress reports as and when required by the Senior Management team or client.
Ensure full compliance in terms of operational delivery.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, and support the Procurement team with all procurement process needed
Manage the subcontractors, including those for technical repairs and maintenance of machinery, high access cleaning, pest control and waste management.
Design rosters / schedules for every asset and ensure implementation of the same.
Design and deliver peak period plans such as summer plans or Eid plans
Design and implement emergency plans, including plans for sandstorms and flooding
Manage restoration projects
Perform spot checks and inspections to test quality of work provided
Minimum of University Degree in Facilities Management or Business Management, Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Facilities Management, Hotel Management or Business Management an advantage
Executive Management - minimum 10 years of job-related experience in the delivery of specialised front of house solutions of a 5 star hotel or volume people moving platforms such as as Airports where customer excellence underpins the quality of all operational outputs.
Five (5) years experience managing a contract in a 24 hour per day, 365 day per year operation. Said experience shall be in a comparable position managing no less than sixty (60) employees with experience in the airport environment and operations.
Must have experience in Project Management field.
Have good working knowledge of High Access Cleaning Services and related matters
