My client is responsible for the supply high quality commercial cleaning machines and matting for over 40 years and is highly renowned in their field. They also provide training for operatives involved in the cleaning process and backup of machines for their bespoke capital equipment.
The role is based from home covering London and will be reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director. The role is predominantly new business focusing on building relationships with senior stakeholders in the FM and private sector. On commencement, you will be provided with a portfolio of existing accounts which you will be expected to retain and grow, updating the CRM system and submitting KPI’s on a daily basis. You will be also be expected to proactively contact customers and network to sell and book appointments/trials for potential clients and liaise with the Sales and Marketing Director showing a full transparency of the business pipeline. You must have industry experience with selling cleaning machinery previously.
Responsibilities include attending networking events when necessary, building key relationships with internal stakeholders and with prospective and existing customers, developing and increasing new business opportunities as well as taking on board a revenue and margin figure.
My client is looking for someone who is customer centric, has a proven track record in new business development in the field (ideally selling capital equipment) and has excellent knowledge of Microsoft office software and confident presentational skills.
In return for this you will receive a basic salary of £30,000, plus an OTE up to £50,000, uncapped commission scheme, a car allowance, a mobile phone, a laptop and a pension.
