An exciting opportunity has become available for an Area Manager
The role will be covering the South West.
The position will require you to manage the delivery of services in your area and to provide consistently high levels of performance which meet contractual obligations and objectives. You will have full P&L responsibility for your area of operations and your role is to ensure that it is managed within in budget, ensuring that cost control and gross margin are achieved. The position will require you to carry out structured site visits that ensure specifications are met and customer expectations are positively managed.
Responsibilities include being able to coach, develop and mentor the team of 250 which encompasses sub managers and operatives. You will be required to ensure the teams understand their roles, responsibilities and what is expected of them creating an positive, collaborative culture by communicating clearly and positively with staff at all levels.
My client is sourcing a candidate who has experience in managing multi-site FM contracts, possess a proven track record of operational management and who has been exposed to P&L accountability. For this role, a driving licence is required.
In return for this you will receive a basic salary of £42,000-£48,000, a company car, a mobile, laptop, pension and 20 days’ holiday plus stats.
