An opportunity to work as a Facilities Manager managing all FM services across a portfolio of offices across London. You wil support the Head of FM in agreeing a brief, scope of services required, budget and programme for the mobilisation of new buildings. To ensure compliance in respect of Health and Safety and Statutory Legislation, you will provide technical & commercial support in the procurement of minor works. You will oversee the Facilities ensuring a cost effective, compliant and comprehensive service delivery, monitor KPIs, work within a budget and also manage a small team effectively. Key is providing a high quality of services to the client and ensuring service levels are met
You will have a solid track record in a similar role, with experience managing a team, budgets and ideally project experience. Nebosh would be ideal but not essential.
