TFM-C1610 £36000.00 - £38000.00 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for a 6 month contract who has experience on a Datacentre or other critical / technical environment, to co-ordinate and oversee all aspects of this data centre. This includes oversight of all operational, financial, and customer activities. You must have experience of managing budgets and managing direct reports and contractors, as well as having excellent customer facing skills.
Ensure that standards, policies and procedures are being implemented
Work with the Data Centre Manager and Regional Property Manager to prepare the annual budget and quarterly reforecast files, operating expenses and capital expenses of each property.
Prepare the monthly asset management and variance reports for the Regional Property Managers review and input
Maintain insurance and ISO compliance documentation
Complete property inspections in conjunction with Regional Property Manager
Approve purchase orders and service contracts; implement the companys PO procedures.
Monitor incoming vendor invoices and route for approvals.
Code invoices and input into Yardi (the accounting system) for batching.
Obtain vendor information for set-up in Yardi.
Assist in the selection and monitoring of vendors as requested by the Regional Property Manager and Data Centre Manager.
Assist in preparing requests for proposals, service agreements and other documentation as required
You must have previous experience in a datacentre or similar technical / critical environment in a Property Management role.
Experience of using online accounting systems e.g. Yardi, SAGE and/or SAP required.
Computer-literacy/IT skills - email, data entry, excel, power point, word.
